Of dancing in the streets
Of anything
Of nothing
Of not worrying anymore about anything at all
Of letting go.

It's taken me almost 4.5 decades to stop worrying about what others think, and to be able to just let go of all the negatives I've carried in my brain since I was a kid, since school, since being a typically sullen teenager, and then out there dealing with real life and real emotions of others.

It's taken nearly 3 decades of making music to know I can let go of the music when it is feeling like it is complete, and also that long to really understand when and why it is complete.

In April 2020 I did a challenge of releasing 5 recordings in 5 days. I gave myself 3 weeks to get them ready. A lot of it was noises in the works already, a few songs finished or nearly done, a lot that had been sat in folders for between a month and 10 years, and then some of it was totally new, and all of it was reworked for the 5 releases in the end.

Doing that was a HUGE step in the progression, development and evolution of my music, my belief in myself, me as a person and a change of attitude to how I approach the sounds I make and the moments before AND after putting it out there.

They were releases #9 through to #13, and now, just 9 months later, this is release number 34, and the feelings from being this far on with things are just sublime. The endorphins, the serotonin, the confidence boost, the lot.

So, this now brings us to the final piece of this album's puzzle...
