Original sound source - The test signal sirens going off in the street outside, and me getting frustrated by them going on for a long time.
Original picture taken of me sometime maybe around 2009, I think in Manchester Airport. I am stood under a phone that was a free call to the Samaritans (or another Mental Health / Suicide Hotline).
The image ended up in high contrast black and white because I was considering using it for a Morbid Beauty album cover or track, but I think it works perfectly here.
The second half of this track was the last change I made on the album, and I laughed for about 10 minutes after finishing off the off kilter clicky rhythm go into that waltz time section. Things like this make me very happy, and I realised this album was complete at that moment.
