If only I could slow down time... This track continues on from 'Distort' as it slows the rhythm and the pitch down, then I rebuilt from the new foundations.

Remembering lessons from the past. An unexpected turn of events and drastic changes in plans. I can't fix everything from the past, but I can certainly try. Always look for the silver lines in the darkness.

Whilst loading out after playing a gig in Prague, someone else picked up my laptop (that was to be used for projections at the gig and then working a little whilst away for a much needed break) to help and immediately dropped it. I had left it for less than a minute whilst getting something else!
You can see the resulting damage to the screen in all the 6 images that come with this release!
Thankfully I had backed everything up on the morning before leaving. I will never take the same laptop I make music on outside of the house again. That was my error 404 and another lesson learned, but at least I found the conceptual inspiration for piecing this release together.

Every part except the dropping of the laptop performed by The Owl.
The first 3 tracks were made in a different session than the 4th one, but it definitely felt like the piece that wraps it all together, and I was considering making this longer, but it just felt so neat in 16 minutes.
Thank you anyone who even takes in just a small shard of each part. Huge appreciation to those who deep listen as always. Make sure your work in progress is backed up, and do your best to find any positives in the bad situations or happenings.
Thank you to Orbital, The Aphex Twin, N-Joi, The Prodigy (early), LFO and other early 90s-era techno / electronic projects (plus Filmmaker) for inspiring this side of The Owl. I don't claim it to necessarily sound like them, but they definitely played a massive part in my evolution, understanding and appreciation of this kind of style.
