Waves of sound to be lost within.
It's time to let go of all that ails you
It's time to forget all that hurts your brain.
Welcome to OWL90 'Precious Tones'. This is a 4 part, 55 minute, no surprises, brain-massaging, cathartic drone album made with piano, synth and voice between July 29th and September 9th 2022.
Thank you to all who listen to this, and especially to how it was intended; in a dark room, with headphones in and your eyes closed.
I deliberated greatly over the running order of these tracks also, but this version, to me, symbolises finding and achieving the greatest calm as it goes along. The piano at the start is intentionally a little noisier than the rest, to signify the noisy feelings I am trying to (help you) leave behind, then as it moves through, things calm down. The 3rd and 4th parts have the most 'om' style moments, and 'Luxurious Heartbeats' aims to guide you to 'tabula rasa'.
I hope this album helps those who seek solace and peace within it.
