It's never happened to me, but I think I'm safe in assuming that it is as terrifying as the main riff of this song is! This is Round 32 in 'Guess The Reference Of The Song Title'.

Round 33. There's nothing wrong with madness, so long as you are in control of it. I realise the absolute juxtaposition of that statement, but stick by it. I had to put the sample in once that title was chosen!

Psalm 69 by Ministry is MUCH better.

It bugged me for ages what the middle bit sounded like. I'm glad I finally worked it out.
11.	Teetering On The Brink 06:29	lyrics
Of madness Of feedback Of greatness Of despair Of reclusion Of dancing in the streets Of anything Of nothing Of not worrying anymore about anything at all Of letting go. It's taken me almost 4.5 decades to stop worrying about what others think, and to be able to just let go of all the negatives I've carried in my brain since I was a kid, since school, since being a typically sullen teenager, and then out there dealing with real life and real emotions of others. It's taken nearly 3 decades of making music to know I can let go of the music when it is feeling like it is complete, and also that long to really understand when and why it is complete. In April 2020 I did a challenge of releasing 5 recordings in 5 days. I gave myself 3 weeks to get them ready. A lot of it was noises in the works already, a few songs finished or nearly done, a lot that had been sat in folders for between a month and 10 years, and then some of it was totally new, and all of it was reworked for the 5 releases in the end. Doing that was a HUGE step in the progression, development and evolution of my music, my belief in myself, me as a person and a change of attitude to how I approach the sounds I make and the moments before AND after putting it out there. They were releases #9 through to #13, and now, just 9 months later, this is release number 34, and the feelings from being this far on with things are just sublime. The endorphins, the serotonin, the confidence boost, the lot. So, this now brings us to the final piece of this album's puzzle...
12.	The Final Big Question 13:04	lyrics
If All Life Was To End In 13 Minutes, Could You Truly Say You Are Content With What You Achieved In Your Time Here? If not, then it is time to readjust your priorities. This is something I did a few years ago. This is one reason why I release so much music now, because I never felt like I did enough in the 25 years of releasing music in the past. I still have a long long long way to go to appease my mind in this aspect, but, I'm getting there, and I am learning some incredible lessons and speaking to some inspiring people along the way, so, certainly in regards to making and releasing music, if you feel like you want to but haven't, or if you do but not enough, then you have to make it a priority to do so, and it is absolutely and totally worth it. The catharsis you feel as a result of being able to let go of your sounds more and more, incredible. Highly recommended.

"Seething harsh noise meets chaotic, intense, surreal and unique glitched loops, with weird warped chords floating around all over the place. A battering 42 minute journey full of relentless build up and release, direction changes and explosive noise bursts crackling left right and centre."

Here's some information which may or may not be of interest to you, that will serve as a memory to myself in 30 years time when I listen back and wonder what on earth is going on...!

Original noise slab created September 24th, 2020, then revisited occasionally to add, subtract and turn sections into something else between then and January 11th, 2021.

I wasn't totally sure of the potential of it, but I rolled up my proverbial sleeves, and then over the following week, sledgehammered the whole piece again into tiny fragments, looping, layering, mangling, tweaking and listening until I was happy it was complete.

Thank you for indulging me on this journey and for not self-immolating as a result.
